ROOMING INFORMATION      2011

• You do not have to stay at the Kalahari to compete---Although we do reccommend it because it is very convient with the competition being held right in the convention/hotel---And they are giving us a great price!
• you may start booking rooms NOW 
• rooms book fast----reserve early 
• Midwest Cheer/Dance does not take reservations to the Kalahari---please visit their website www.kalahariresorts.com  and call reservations 1-877-253-5466---ASK for the Midwest Cheer/Dance Block--
• All questions & concerns about rooms should be DIRECTED TO THE KALAHARI RESORT not Midwest Cheer/Dance
• Kalahari resort has given us a great discounted price and Midwest does not have any control over pricing of the rooms-- 
• all rooms sleep 4 and include 4 waterpark passess (some rooms can sleep additional people above 4 but it is an additional charge per person and the additional charge includes waterpark passess) 
• discounted block room price must be booked by February 16, 2011
• After February 16,  2011  AND
•  the room block is sold out before February 16 2011

          Kalahari reserves the right to NOT offer any more rooms

          after the deadline or if block is full before the deadline because of availability---If they do have availability they will offer rooms at a different rate

                                                           until we receive your MAILED registration form and PAYMENT--THANKS

               ***Even if you are not sure of  the number of team members--You must still register and pay

                         for how many you think you will have--because the reduced prices need to be in on deadline

                                           If you need to add some later they will have to use the price at that time

                         If you don't have all names for teams--write who you do know and a question mark for those you don't
