• you may start booking rooms after June 3, 2007 
• rooms book fast----reserve early 
• Midwest Cheer/Dance does not take reservations to the Kalahari---please visit their website www.kalahariresorts.com  and call reservations---ASK for the Midwest Cheer/Dance Block--
• All questions & concerns about rooms should be DIRECTED TO THE KALAHARI RESORT not Midwest Cheer/Dance
• Kalahari resort has given us a great discounted price and Midwest does not have any control over pricing of the rooms-- 
• all rooms sleep 4 and include 4 waterpark passess (some rooms can sleep additional people above 4 but it is an additional charge per person and the additional charge includes waterpark passess) 
• disounted block room price must be booked by February 27
• After February 27 or if the room block is sold out before February 27

          Kalahari reserves the right to NOT offer any more rooms

          after the deadline or if block is full before the deadline because of availability---If they do have availability they will offer rooms at a different rate

FEB. 5TH       --We were informed that the Midwest Cheer/Dance Block HAS BEEN SOLD OUT--------HOWEVER The Kalahari did have the capablility of adding some more rooms-----BUT the rooms could be at a different price---(WHICH IS STATED ABOVE)

So if rooms are at a different price DON'T complain to reservations----EVERYONE should have been aware of this becasue it has been on the website since June '07 -----Our suggestion is to reserve rooms ASAP because I am sure we will sell out again

**the only rooms left are Lodge rooms which are really nice with dinning room kitchen and seperate bedroom they sleep 4 and the rate would be $234 which includes the 4 waterpark passess

**They have worked out a room block with a hotel that is one mile away--The Comfort Suites--please call them direct and ask for the Midwest Cheer/Dance Block and they will honor the initial price of $154 which will still include the 4 waterpark passess---1-419-627-9595
